This policy explains how SizeStamp handles information when you use the SizeStamp mobile application.

SizeStamp accesses your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo. Photos are used to perform measurement and annotation functions on your device.
SizeStamp does not upload your measurement photos to a SizeStamp-operated server. A photo leaves the app only when you choose an action such as saving it to your device or sharing it through your device's share functions.
SizeStamp stores certain information locally on your device so the app can operate. This can include measurement settings, saved custom reference presets, unit preferences, onboarding status, the number of free annotated exports used, and information used to avoid counting the same unchanged export more than once.
This local app information is not transmitted to a SizeStamp-operated server.
If you use SizeStamp Pro, subscription and purchase status is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and by our subscription service provider, RevenueCat. This can include purchase history, subscription status, product purchased, transaction information and an anonymous RevenueCat app user identifier.
SizeStamp does not operate a user-account system and does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address as an account identifier. SizeStamp does not receive your full payment-card number or other full payment credentials. Apple or Google handles payment processing.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may process information in countries outside Australia.
SizeStamp does not include third-party advertising and does not use purchase information for cross-app advertising tracking. SizeStamp does not sell personal information.
Information stored locally by SizeStamp remains on your device until it is removed by the app, you clear the app's data, or you uninstall the app, subject to your device and operating-system behaviour.
Purchase and subscription records processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat may be retained according to their legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and service requirements.
For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning information that SizeStamp can reasonably control, contact ch_phillips@proton.me. Because SizeStamp does not require an account and RevenueCat uses an anonymous app user identifier by default, we may need information from your device or transaction record to identify the relevant subscription record.
SizeStamp is a general-purpose resale and measurement utility and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information through the app.
SizeStamp is designed to keep measurement photos and app settings on the device where practical. Subscription providers use their own security measures for purchase processing. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when SizeStamp's features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
